What Is An Embilta?

Named after the embilta — a traditional Ethiopian wind instrument known for its deep, resonant tone — our restaurant reflects the soul of Ethiopia. Family-owned and rooted in tradition, Embilta offers a cozy space where heritage and hospitality meet. From bold spices to warm injera, every dish carries the flavor and comfort of home, just as the embilta carries the sound of our culture.
